• Independently identify and acquire new streamer leads for all Stream For Starlight campaigns.
• Verify leads are not already present in Starlight’s existing contact list.
• Provide leads and contact information to Starlight staff.
• Engage leads through the conversion lifecycle. Confirm their interest, get them to sign up using the TFA Form, and transfer them to the Stream For Starlight Team.
• Independently document interactions with potential leads, manage chat, and answer questions.
• Contractor determines their own work schedule and methods, provided all required deliverables are met within the agreed timeframe.

• Services begin on the date this agreement is signed and end one week prior to the start of the campaign.
• There is no guarantee of additional work beyond this contract.

• Have a minimum of 500 followers.
• Be based in the United States, part of a US-based team, or have a US-based community.
• Provide at least one form of contact, such as an email or Discord Server invite.
• Demonstrated sustainability for a charity stream, based on professional judgment (avoiding streamers that are NSFW, use hate speech, etc.).

• The contractor operates as an independent business and is responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, and legal compliance.
• The contractor is responsible for providing and maintaining their own tools, equipment, and computer hardware/software.
• The contractor retains the right to perform similar services for other clients.
• Starlight will not provide training, supervision, or control over how the contractor performs their work, only requiring that deliverables meet agreed-upon criteria.
• The contractor bears the risk of profit or loss based on the effectiveness of their lead generation.

• $2 per verified lead that meets the Verified Lead Criteria. Payment of $2 per new lead will be eligible once contact information is forwarded to the Event Team.
• 10% stipend for any funds raised by leads during their first-ever fundraiser for Starlight. The 10% stipend will apply only to funds raised during the lead’s first fundraising campaign with Starlight. Stipends will be paid out in the month following the conclusion of the campaign to which the bonus applies.
• Leads must be vetted and confirmed as individuals or groups who have not previously fundraised for Starlight.
• Invoices must be submitted no more frequently than monthly or in one installment at the end of the contract. Payment is due within 30 calendar days of receiving the contractor’s invoice. No advance payments are allowed.
• The contractor is not entitled to benefits, unemployment insurance, workers' compensation, or any other rights or protections afforded to employees.
